I cancel subscription but don’t get refund into my account.

    Automatically some amount is charged from my card as annual subscription charges. which I claim and WordPress sends me a notification that the amount is refunded but I don’t get any refunded amount.

    Hi there,

    We processed your refund on 1 June 2022. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. You cancelled that upgrade only two hours after the payment was made, so it’s possible your bank processed this as a reversal rather than an actual refund on their end. In other words, the bank might have just cancelled the original charge, in which case you wouldn’t see a separate entry on your statement for a refund.
