I canceled my credit card. How I will get refund?

  I have huge problem with your company. You charged me 99 dollar automatically without my permission or without sending me email. My Billing number is [removed by staff]. I saw my credit bills today and I called bank to cancelled my credit card. And then I realised that your company charged me.Later, ı request refund and its accapted.But I will not get whole money.(99 dollar) Why?Second questions is how I will get this money because I already canceled my credit card.(My sister’s credit card)

  Hi there,

  I have looked into your account. Your WordPress.com Premium Plan was on auto-renewal. We do send several emails to the email on the WordPress.com account prior to renewing the upgrade.

  I will not get whole money.(99 dollar) Why?

  Our records show that you also registered the domain, howimanagemybusiness.com with your WordPress.com Premium account. When you register/renew a domain name we are only able to issue a refund for 48 hours.

  If you are sure you no longer wish to use this domain in the future I can cancel it for you. However, note that once a domain is canceled it may not be available to you again even with another provider.

  Second questions is how I will get this money because I already canceled my credit card.(My sister’s credit card)

  In most cases the financial institution or credit card company will issue you a statement credit on your card even after it’s been canceled. I’d encourage you to reach out to them directly regarding the canceled card.
