I canceled my domain registration but did not receive a link to click to confirm and get my refund

    I canceled my prescription well within the 48-hour rule, not even 24 hours. I received my refunded for the website but not the cancellation of the domain name. Your website states I should get a full refund in canceled within the time frame and is says I will be sent a link to verify my cancellation. I WISH to cancel the domain name and receive the refund I am entitled to as I followed policy.
