I canceled my plan

Hello, I recently canceled my upgraded business plan and switched it back to my previous free plan. I did this all via the support chat and well within the 30 day refund period. I can obviously tell my plan has been downgraded but didn’t receive any sort of cancellation confirmation. I just want to make sure I get my refund, how can I confirm that/how long should that take?

No problem. It looks like the refund did not automatically get triggered like it should when the business plan got cancelled.
The refund has not been processed. It should reach you with in 10 days. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.
