  I’m tagging staff so they can check the status of your refund. In the meantime could you tell us when you canceled your plan?

  Also, note that refunds usually take 7-14 business days to reach your account, although this can be a little longer for international refunds (outside the US).

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to credit your account so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
