I canceled my subscription, but wasnt refunded all the correct amount.

    I canceled my subscription. I did not want to be put on an automated payment. I just need the site for a year. I was charged $99 but was only refunded $86. How can i get the entire $99 back. I was in neveda for my grandfathers funeral and didn’t have the time to attend to this any sooner. please help.

    1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?
