I cancelled all of my upgrades and accounts and I still got billed.

I had a premium account in hopes of just trying it out. I decided against doing it and ended my upgrades and cancelled my account. However, I still got billed. How can I cancel it and get a refund?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
