I cancelled an upgrade but got no refund

  I cancelled my upgrade a while ago but I did not get the refund. It did say that they would refund it but I have still not received it and it has been a few weeks. I urgently need this problem sorted, please please please.

  Hey there!

  I do see a refund on the upgrade for the site, nicolenadinewebdesign.wordpress.com. I’ve resent the receipt for that refund, so you can ask your bank about what happened. The refund was $99 and was issued on January 21, 2015.

  If this is for a different transaction, could you please let me know which one?
