If it’s easier, can I please have the EPP code so I can make the transfer (send it by email please)?

Hi there,
When you cancelled the domain, you stopped owning it, so we cannot send you a transfer code – you cannot transfer a domain you don’t own.
If you want to use the domain somewhere else you have two options:
We can send you a link to pay for the domain again. Once we receive your payment, we can restore the domain to your account. But you’ll only be able to transfer it away from us once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days – all new domains, at any domain provider, is subject to a 60-day transfer lock. You will be able to point it to another provider, but the registration will need to remain with us until that lock expires.
Or else you can just wait. Because you cancelled the domain on the same day you bought it, it will be released again within a few days, and by the weekend you should be able to register it again as a new domain, directly at the provider where you want to use it.
