    I need you to refund the full amount of the last billing which is over $100 I had called and I had canceled I had told you guys that I donโ€™t use the website and that the business never took off I never even made a business out of it and I wanted it canceled and closed I was assured that I was switched to the free version and I would not be charged

    Of what upgrade, and on which site, are you speaking?

    The WordPress.com account youโ€™re using to post here has not been active for over a year, ever since it was created, has never owned any sites or upgrades with us, and we donโ€™t even have a credit card on file for you.
