  For what site and upgrade is the charge you’re referring to?

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com, so we don’t even have credit card info on file for your account, and the site at https://autismblessings.wordpress.com/ has always been on our free plan.

  That is the only WordPress.com site you own, and none of the other sites connected to your account where you’re a contributor has anything to do with the phrase, “Building Pathways” that you mentioned in your topic title.
