I cancelled my domain mapping but have had no refund

  I cancelled my domain mapping within the required 30 days but have not received my refund yet, when will this arrive in my account?

  Hello Zoe,

  Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank account.

  If the 10 working days are already passed, I’d suggest you to enquire your bank about that.
  You may also want to type ‘modlook’ on the tag box of this thread to double check with the Staff that everything went all right.

  I still haven’t had a refund for the amount that was deducted on the 7th March

  Hey there,

  There was an error on our end that prevented the refund to process. Apologies for that. I have manually refunded the purchase for you. It will take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
