I cancelled my old Doamin, why is my new one not working?

I had a domain name that was due to expire, before it did, I purchased a different domain name and redirected all others to that domain name. Now that the old subscription is expired, my site cannot be accessed, a message pops up saying: Uh oh! Your blog’s domain lipstickliasons.com expired 12 days ago!
The domain lipstickliasons.com was registered on July 18, 2013. It is configured to redirect traffic to the web address lipstickliaisons.com.
However, this domain name expired on Friday, July 18, 2014. It needs to be renewed every year to stay active or otherwise it will be lost. Please renew lipstickliasons.com below now before it’s too late.
I have followed the quick& easy instructions provided to correct the problem and it still continues. please help, I would like for people to be able to access my blog, especially since the new domain name says registered and active and has been paid for, it has been approximately 12 days since my site could be viewed.
