  I’ve checked your account and €99 was refunded on 11-May-2017. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
