I cancelled my orders. When do I get all my money back?

    Hi, I cancelled my orders 3 times because I always had problems in connecting one of my domains to the blog. This problems could not be solved. Now I decided, not to use wordpress.com any more, because setup is to difficult for me. When do I get all my money back? On September 23. WPCHRG.COM charged me 3 times $35,88. But until now I got back only 2 * $22,88. I’am really upset and from my point of view it seems to be a untrustworthy business behavior. Regards, Bernd

    I’ve taken a look at your account and issued the full refund amount for you. This can take up to 5-7 business days to be posted back into the account that you used to pay originally. More information is available here.

    You purchased WordPress.com Personal Plan 3x for $35.88 each. When you requested the refund, you were only being issued $25.88 each time due to a glitch. I have added the additional $13 refund x3 so that you will receive the correct amount.
