Refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.
If you haven’t received the refund yet, please follow up directly with your bank, and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt as a reference.
You can see a receipt for the refund with a transaction number from your billing history:

I see that you canceled your upgrade on 3/8/2019. It takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account – so you should see it within the next several days.
