I cancelled my plan but was charged anyways. I am very unhappy about this. Please reverse both charges in the amount of $40 each or I will initiate a charge back with my credit card issuer. Thank you for your time and help.

Hi there,
I have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for the full amount of $40. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

I appreciate your response. However, there were two unjust charges made to my account. I had cancelled my plan multiple times by 2/25, but was charged on 2/27 and again on 3/27 as well. You can check my account usage and see I have zero finished websites and hadn’t logged in months. Please refund the charge 3/27. I have already contacted my bank about this issue but it would be better for all parties if you resolve it swiftly. Thank you.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching back out.
I can only see one charge on this account – do you have access to multiple WordPress.com accounts with different email addresses?
If yes, using the transaction ID’s: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id – these can be refunded using this tool here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
I hope this helps!
