    Hi there!

    Our refund period is 14 days for annual plans and 96 hours for domain registrations. You canceled your plan way outside the refund period; that’s why no refund was issued. The subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.

    If you’d like, we can restore the WordPress.com Premium plan to the site for you. Let us know if you’d like us to go ahead with that.
