  Good morning,
  I cancelled my subscription on the 14th July and awaiting the refund of 78USD. Why is my site or profile still on WordPress?

  Cancelling a subscription doesn’t close an account or delete a site.

  @lieweessie1, what subscription are you referring to? Both your sites are on the Free plan and you have never purchased a subscription from us.
