I cancelled my theme and didn’t receive any payment back

    I have made a cancellation 11 days ago, and I didn’t receive any refunds back. When i will receive them?

    Hi there,

    You’re right. Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please wait a few more days and then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

    Hi.
    Can someone to help me. I bought a theme and i cancelled straight away, but unfortunately i waited and i still didn’t receive anything in my bank account. I asked my bank, and there haven’t been any possible transactions into my account.
    Can someone to help me?
    How long is it take to receive the money back?

    @virginiassirbuu you’re posting from a different account now, but I assume it’s still virginiasirbuu ;)
    The refund you mentioned was likely processed as a reversal, this means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
