I cancelled my upgrade, but have not yet received a refund

    My upgrade did not cancel when I requested a cancellation and a refund around October 15th.

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that! It looks like your cancellation request didn’t go through. I just cancelled WordPress.com Premium for you and issued you a full refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
