I cancelled my website and domain registry

    Hello, I cancelled my website and domain registry and your online support confirmed they would refund my account, this was a very kind offer that I’m appreciative of but I’ve been checking my CC statement and still dont see the refund. Can you tell me when it will be processed?

    Hi there,

    I can see we issued a full refund on February 11. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
