I signed up for additional services on the 2/23 thinking that it would give me access to embed a working video from youtube. That did not work so I canceled the same night. Then a day later I was charged for the domain/website. I don’t want it. I didn’t want it. Which is why I canceled the additional services. What now?

Hi there,
You’ve already cancelled the domain, mysecretworkoutblog.com, a few days ago, but I see the refund did not process correctly. I processed that now, so you should receive it in about 10 business days.
In case you haven’t found it yet, you don’t need any upgrades to embed a Youtube video. That ability exists for all WordPress.com sites by default. What you need to do is paste the URL of the video you want to embed on its own line in a post or page, and we take care of the rest:
