I cancelled this long ago!

  My son’s email received a charge of $129 for renewal on a site I cancelled last year. I have contacted the bank and will dispute the charge. How did you guy’s get my son’s email anyway? Reverse the charge on my visa now please!

  Hi –

  We won’t be able to process a refund with a payment dispute in place. That will need to be cancelled before we can release any funds. It takes about 10 days for our refund to reach you. A payment dispute will eventually result in a refund for you but it is going to take months.

  You will also need to get signed in to the account where the charge originated. Then post back in this forum thread. There aren’t any charges associated with the account you’re using here, so it’s impossible for us to evaluate it.
