I cancelled this two days ago… still not cancelled and now says I can't cancel

    I am very displeased with my service so far. I cancelled my domain name two days ago after trying unsuccessfully to change nameservers.

    I have responded twice to requests to update mapping that I HAVE CANCELLED my account.

    I got another email today requesting I update mapping.

    I AM NOT USING THIS SERVICE. I CANCELLED MY DOMAIN LUCRETIAFRASER.NET.

    Please refund my money as promised.

    Though your domain is pointed to Hostgator, it is still registered through us.

    If I cancel and refund your domain, you will lose ownership of it, it will cease to function, and I cannot guarantee when you’ll be able to re-purchase it.

    Are you sure that you want me to cancel and refund it?

    Yes, absolutely. Because of the drama, I have already purchased an alternate domain name, so I do not need lucretiafraser.net. Thank you for checking.
