I cancelled www.gadgetsmarketpro.com straight away, when will I get a refund?

  I cancelled http://www.gadgetsmarketpro.com straight away, WordPress charged me £19.20 on 27th February from my Paypal account. When will I get a refund please?

  I don’t know what happened but I have no access to the account. When I put my email with which I registered it, it doesn’t come with my site. Really I had created the site than deleted it straight away and asked a refund.

  I tried to talk with WordPress directly but there is no chat option no telephone number. What do I do please help
