    I get into antenarrati blog for storytelling, but not into 2 main sites I edit and administer

    I cannot get into the two wordpress pages, and only get into two older wordpress sites

    Hi there,

    If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery form:

    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:

    * A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/

    * The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.

    Problem: I do not save old emails where transaction Id or activation link are listed. As a professor, I get thousands of emails, and cannot save them. I apologize but did not know I needed to save transaction ID, activation codes, and and in future will set up two-factor authorization. I only keep passwords

    I am paying wordpress on credit card for the truestoryteling.blog and truestorytellingthinktank.com domains of wordpress, but when I changed password, I stopped getting access. I am administrator and have authors and editors registered. The sites are still active.

    Now, I can access two accounts. davidboje.wordpress.com and
    veteranstheaterblog.wordpress.com

    I think the problem is all four accounts have same email and password, but I only get access to the free wordpress accounts.

    None of the options you list recovery my two accounts, and I have hundreds of hours of wrk in them.

    This is a public forum, so please don’t post personal contact details here. I’ve removed your phone number from the post above.

    If you have paid upgrades on the site, you’ll be able to verify your ownership using a transaction ID for a past payment. My colleague provided a link above explaining where you can find that transaction ID on your credit card statement.

    But without that verification, we cannot give you access to the account under any circumstances.

    Now, I can access two accounts. davidboje.wordpress.com and
    veteranstheaterblog.wordpress.com

    Those aren’t accounts. Those are websites that belong to your username account, davidbojephd. You can see the email address you’re using for this username account on the account settings screen at https://wordpress.com/me/account

    The other two sites you’re trying to access belong to a different username account, associated with a different email address. If you have any other emails, try using those to request a password reset link (make sure you log out of davidbojephd first). If that doesn’t work, the account recovery form is the only other option.
