i cannot access either of my blog sties

I cannot access either of my blogsites, naturalhairchiquita.com and youyourselfandyoualone. I don’t know why. Could I please have some help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What I post below applies only to sites hosted by WordPress.COM. It does not apply to WordPress>ORG software installs.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by WordPress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me at any time.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.

Thanks but that's not the issue.
The thing is, I can log into WordPress create new blog post. But went I go to the Internet browser, I cannot access my sites. Like going to cnn.com and the page won't load because of server issue.Yesterday I could go to my site but today I can't and I don't know why

Howdy – Please capture a screen shot or share the exact text of the error you’re seeing when you visit naturalhairchiquita.com . The site is working fine for me and I don’t see any errors when loading.

If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff lizkarkoski can examine it.

Thanks, i have realized that i can access my sites on a computer but no on my phone. When i try to use my iphone to access my page i keep getting safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding. but thanks for all your help.

Does a different browser work on your phone? Something like Chrome? Is the phone connected to a wifi network or is it stalling out over the cellular data?

Nope, I still can't access my site on my phone via chrome I get.

The domain is not registered.
Go to My Sites > Domains > Add
Place reachednaturalhairchuquita.com in to the search box, then register it to your account.
If you want to register it somewhere else you can do that too, and then map it to your WordPress.com account with these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

Thanks but the domain is registered. I figuerd out the problem. So where I reside we have our own Internet provider and the one am using is not working right. When i go to a cafe and use their services I can access my sites.

Just following on from Liz’s comment. It looks like there is a typo in the domain you mentioned in the previous post here:
- naturalhairchuquita.com is not registered
- naturalhairchiquita.com was registered by another user of the site —
youyourselfyoualone
I see an error message for naturalhairchuquita.com but naturalhairchiquita.com loads your site :)
So where I reside we have our own Internet provider and the one am using is not working right.
Which internet provider are you using when the site won’t load? Also, which country are you based in?

Naturalhairchuquta was a typo.Glo is the Internet provide am using. Currently in Nigeria.

Can you please try contacting your internet provider and check if this might be a problem on their end?
If possible, can you check if you can view your site using a connection from a different provider?
