I cannot access google apps

  I have seemingly secured the domain djcharlied.com , and wanted to use google apps for my email hosting in addition. I paid , and i cannot access or login via google apps or mail.google.com . I simply want to setup everything via this email and seem to have paid although received no email service , only purchased the domain.

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the troubles here. When you purchase the Google Apps upgrade a temporary password is sent to you over email, but it often ends up in spam or junk folders.

  It appears your Google Apps upgrade was cancelled and refunded earlier today. It can take about a week for refunds to appear on a bank statement, but you can find a refund receipt in your billing history here:

  If you still wish to setup Google App email with your domain, you’ll need to purchase the Google Apps account through Google instead and set it up with these steps:

  The issue is when I had signed and paid I expected access to email (email visible only to moderators and staff) instantly . On the WordPress email section in domains it shows its setup however I cannot access the email or login via Google , Google apps, or WordPress or anywhere. This is why I cancelled the subscription as at this point I didn’t trust what was being stated via WordPress signup. I simply want access/control to my domain and specifically the email so I can setup business. Please advise on the fastest method to get access to this , I ask again as the first step on your previous instructions is sign in to google apps. This is not possible

  After registering for Google Apps through us, the first step is to sign into Google Apps after receiving a temporary password in your current email. I can reset that temporary password for you, but since you cancelled the product and received a refund that interrupts the service.

  I’ve sent you an email where you can once again pay for Google Apps registration.

  After receiving that payment I’ll send you a new temporary password so that you can log into Google Apps, and the email will be ready once you log in there and accept their terms of service.
