I cannot access my account

  I am having issues with logging in to my account (we are the change) I have had it for many years but can’t login. I do not remember my password and every time I try to reset I do not get a link. Anyone that can help please advise me on what I should do. I do not have access to my old email and I also need to rest my password to gain access to my account.

  I know these kinds of issues might be frustrating, not being able to log into your account for a long period of time. But in this case, your website wearethechange.com is not hosted on WordPress.com.

  Although our name is WordPress.com, it doesn’t mean that we have access to all the sites built using WordPress.

  Your site might be built using the WordPress software (also known as WordPress.org), but just for the fact that it’s built using the WordPress software it doesn’t mean that we can control it or manage it in any way.

  In this case, if you use a tool like our Site Profiler, you’ll see that the wearethechange.com site is hosted with Host Europe. They are the ones you’ll need to reach out to get help with your site’s access.
