I cannot access my account

    1.I do not know how to access my account, go to my blogs, read my own blogs, edit my blogs. What do I do to gain access and view my own blogs and edit them?

    2. Nobody else can read any of my blogs because my link does not work on Facebook, on emails or in any other way. What do I do to fix my link?

    3. How do I find my question and my answers in forums?

    Could someone please mail me an answer to any of these questions? I have been trying to get an answer for 2 weeks. I cannot find any support at all on this website! Please email me an answer since I do not know how to find my answer on forums.

    A lot of people I have asked to read my blogs are totally turned off by WordPress since I am unable to fix the link and most people are unable to read any of my blogs.

    Hi @willowbentleysmama,

    1. Click on My Site(s) to see tools for editing your site. If you don’t see your site there, you may need to make sure you’re logged into the correct account.

    2. Are you using https://willowbentleysmama.wordpress.com/ as a link? Also, I noticed you have chosen to display a static page instead of posts. Try going to My Site > Customize > Front Page and choosing to display your posts there.

    I do not know where or how to find MySite.

    I do not know where or how to log into my account.

    I am using Willowbentlysmama.wordpress.com as my link. People used to be able to click on that link and read my blogs. Numerous people have told me the link does not work. I have tried the link myself. It does not work.

    I have not decided to use a static page. I do not even know what a static page is.

    I have watched many tutorials on how to improve my blogs, widgets, banners, suggested topics, getting more people to read my blogs.

    All I know how to do is write a blog. I need to start from the beginning. I do not know how or where to log in. I do not know how or where to find my site. I do not know what a static page is, why I have a static page is, or what I am supposed to do about it.

    I wish there was a tutorial that explained the very basics of blogging. I am new. I know absolutely nothing at all about how to manage a blog on wordpress.com and I have no idea how to fix a link that doesn’t work. I have spent hours writing my blogs- all for nothing. I may need to find another website- onrme that teaches the very basics to people who have never done blogging before. I am getting no help here.

    Thank you for trying to help me. I just do not know how to do anything you told me to do. I am going to start looking for a better more helpful website to write for. I am very disappointed in WordPress.

    Make sure you are logged in, as you are now.

    You will see a My Site link in the black bar above the site.

    Re: the link you shared, it does not have an E in bentleys. Your actual site does have an E. That is why your link without the E does not work.

    I wish there was a tutorial that explained the very basics of blogging.

    We have several. If you like video tutorials, try http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-tutorials . The actions in those videos are a bit quick so you might watch them a few times, but I think they’d help a bunch.

    Thank you very much. I do not know how to go back to forums to find answers to my questions- someone sent me a link to this post. But I will definitely watch the videos thank you for your help.

    @willowbentleysmama you can search the forums here:
    http://wordpress.com/help

    To find your own threads, click on your name and you can see your threads, as well as which ones have replies. You can also follow the threads by email to receive email notifications. I hope that helps!
