    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Typically your website login would be at [yourwebsite]/wp-login.php (replacing [yourwebsite] with your site URL), but it looks like you may have some security or other plugin hiding or blocking access to the wp-login.php page.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
