  i cannot access my admin site – i only get the message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ What should i do?

  This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. I suspect you’re trying to access a site hosted elsewhere. Have you tried the correct credentials at:
  http://stresscatcher.co.uk/wp-login.php?

  yes I have tried the correct credentials. i was inside of the admin site when it blocked me.
