I cannot access my dashboard

I cannot access my dashboard to http://www.reikiworldacademy.com – only to a temporary practice profile I played with before purchasing. I used to be able to but after I downloaded the WP app via googleplay on to my android tablet it seems to have messed up my access to my dashboard . very odd

Hi @adrianperkinsreikiworldacademy, the issue is that this account is not associated with that site — even though the name is similar.
Can you log out and ensure you’re logged in with the proper account? It’s the one that gets renewal notices and what not via email.

Thanks Supernovia, Somehow the practice site has become linked to my log in —– it would be good if i can get rid of username ‘adrianperkinsreikiworldacademy.com’ …. i have copy n pasted an error which may help :

Tried your suggestion Supernovia but am still logged into this original practice site. I have spend the last few months on and off – so frustrating

You’re still logged in to the account adrianperkinsreikiworldacademy . Try logging out of this account and log in with the correct username (lose the first 13 letters).

Hi Magicrobot, tried that without success. I really like WordPress and I am top of my Google search rankings but without access to my dashboard for http://www.reikiworldacademy.com it’s really frustrating

Hi themagicrobot, I wish I knew ! Password is ok – youve found the right profile pic and description for my published site so it cant have been deleted !

p.s username is adrianperkins at one stage I was invited to request account recovery but i dont have all the necessary key codes etc to try that solution. this is becoming ridiculous

You’ve complicated your life by having multiple accounts. You’ve logged in here via two of them and apparently still not reached your site. If you’re sure reikiworldacademy won’t get you into your site have you tried that original username? Rather than using an app and googleplay (whatever they are) I’d try using a different computer/browser to log in if it was me.

So if you’ve forgotten your username AND your password do you still have access to the email address associated with your site?

I’ve not forgotten my username nor password for http://www.reikiworldacademy.com . I use a Gmail (email visible only to moderators and staff)
