I cannot access my dashboard on one of my accounts
-
I have 2 different wordpress accounts and I was trying to switch them up, and now I can´t access my dashboard on one of them.
1. http://www.BraunSalaGlobal.com – User name: (email visible only to moderators and staff), It has an Illustrator Theme. This one I can access without any issues thus far. But I would like everything in it to be called Braun Sala Global (not the modacountry.wordpress)
2. http://www.ModaCountry.com ( I own this URL and right now is being directed to a Big Commerce Website, but I am about to change that.) The Username is : Romy928. This one won´t allow me to access the dashboard and make changes. I purchased a Delta Theme for this one.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are no WordPress.com sites under your romysala928 username.
The site modacountryblog.wordpress.com is owned by the user romysala. If you log in under that username, you should be able to access the site. You do not have BraunSalaGlobal.com set as the primary domain, so you can update that in your Dashboard under Store > Domains if you wish.
The domain ModaCountry.com was not registered through WordPress.com and the site is not currently hosted by WordPress.com. The domain was registered through GoDaddy, and the site is hosted on bigcommerce.com. Because the site is not hosted on WordPress.com, we cannot assist you in regaining access to it. You may wish to contact bigcommerce.com for assistance with that site.

I don´t guess I am explaining myself clearly.
I own 2 different WordPress Sites.
1) I can access without a problem. http://modacountryblog.wordpress.com. It directs you to a sight that says Braun Sala Global SCP with an illustrator theme template. Which has no plug ins, no jetpack access. Thats fine.
2) The second one is the one I am having problems with. I had started it with the domain http://www.BraunSalaGlobal.com. I purchased a premium theme for it. And my user name for that one is romsala928. I still CANNOT access it!!!!

When I say I CANNOT access it, I need to refrase… I can Log into my 2nd account, but it won´t allow me to go to the Dashboard section. This is the error message I receive;
User romysala928 Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as “romysala928” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Braun-Sala Global, SCP”. If you are not “romysala928”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “romysala928” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way.
Your Sites

You appear to have purchased the custom domain BraunSalaGlobal.com for the site modacountryblog.wordpress.com.
User romysala928 Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are receiving that message because romysala owns the blog modacountryblog.wordpress.com, and therefore the domain BraunSalaGlobal.com, not romysala928.
You will need to log out of romysala928 and log back into romysala to get to the Dashboard.
Once you’re there, go to Store > Domains and there you can update your primary domain to be BraunSalaGlobal.com.
Furthermore, just to clarify: the domain modacountry.com is NOT pointing to a site on WordPress.com, and is unrelated to the issue above.

Ok I did what you said. Although I have never had difficulty accessing this account. Now when I try to access the domain BraunSalaGlobal.com, it says “This webpage has a redirect Loop”.
I still cannot go to the dashboard of the “other” WordPress site that has the user name romysala928, for which I purchased a premium theme.

Okay I think I’ve figured out why this is so confusing.
Under the romysala928 account, you do not have any sites hosted on WordPress.com. You only have one Jetpack connected site, braunsalaglobal.com.
You purchased domain mapping to point braunsalaglobal.com (the same domain) to modacountryblog.wordpress.com, but this was via your romysala account.
Your domain braunsalaglobal.com was registered through GoDaddy and is currently showing GoDaddy name servers (so GoDaddy is the hosting provider):
http://who.is/whois/braunsalaglobal.combut now you also have domain mapping pointing it here.
So here’s the question:
Where do you want the domain braunsalaglobal.com to point? To modacountryblog.wordpress.com or to your existing GoDaddy site?
Also, for the purpose of all of this discussion, your romysala928 account is largely irrelevant. Everything you need to do (or not, depending on your goals) is going to be via your romysala account.
