I cannot access my old wordpress account

  I have an old wordpress site: http://axcessdesign.com/wordpress/
  the email linked to it is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I set it up on July 9, 2013 and then sort of left it. I have registered again, but want to be able to either access or delete the old website. I went to recover password, but it didn’t recoginze my email. and I didn’t have any of the other three proofs of ownership.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   Thanks – I am having same issue trying to recover password at https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

  Will keep trying over there.
