I cannot access my original WordPress account

  I updated my account security to use the WordPress authentication app. I moved to a new country, so my mobile isn’t there anymore. I also don’t have backup codes, so whenever I try to login, it asks for the verification code and I don’t have it. So I can’t login even when I have the password. Anyone, please help me how I can get access to my account? I haven’t worked with my blogs for a month just because of this problem. I had to create another account just to post this post.

  For gaining access please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
