  I have tried to reset the password, but the link is not being sent to email attached to that website which is an outlook account. I have been trying for months to reset it, but I have not received the link in either my main mailbox or my junk mail

  Hi there,

  The email is being sent correctly. Can you please check Outlook’s spam folder in case it is landing in there?
