I cannot access my other wordpress account

    Hi,
    I have another wordpress account linked to a different email address. I tried to reset the password so I could access the other account, but the reset email is not being sent to my hotmail account. Can you please help?

    Hi there,

    We’ve sent several password reset emails already for that account, and our logs show they were accepted by the email provider.

    Please make sure you’re checking the correct email account, and also check the spam folder and any filters that might be set up in your email account.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response. I have checked my email account attached to that website, and I am receiving all other emails without any problems, both in my main mailbox and the junk/spam emails, but nothing from wordpress.

    I have looked into the other ways to recover the account, but I cannot use them as I cannot access my account to create a 2 step authorisation code, my wordpress is a free about that I have had for 10+ years (last email I have in my email account is from 2010 to reset my password), and I do not have neither a Transaction ID, or an Activation URL.

    So what can I do in this instance?
