I cannot access my premium plan, even if paid for it
-
Hi, I bought a Premium plan so that I could have my new domain, add plug-ins, etc., but when I try to ‘launch’ my website or download a plug-in, WordPress says I need to purchase a plan. It just doesn’t let me publish my website with the domain I already bought through the Premium plan even if my domain already appears as ‘active’ for my website. Would you please help me finding out what I might be doin wrong? Thanks a lot!

Hello –
Thanks for writing. I can help clear things up.
Looking at this account, I don’t find any upgraded plan. It sounds like the plan that you purchased is under a different user account. Have you been able to find it and sign in?
As for the plan details. The premium plan comes with all the features noted on this page: https://wordpress.com/pricing/ It does not provide the infrastructure needed for adding plugins. That functionality needs the business plan.
You may not need the business plan to build the desired project, though, and we can help you with that. Please share more details with us about what plugins you wanted to use, and what features you need on the site. For example, do you need to book appointments, sell products, or host large media files?
If the business plan is needed, you would only need to pay the difference between the 2 plans to move in that direction.
