I cannot access my site.

  Hello–I cannot access my site
  lemaisonloup.com
  My account says I do not have any wordpress sites.
  I tried to log in to pay in December to avoid the new charge and it says the site doesn’t exist.
  Please advise.

  Yes. Thank you. It is up and running, but I have not been able to access it since early December.

  This is the link to my service request on December 9th. I wanted to renew early to avoid the additional domain charge, but each time I click the button to try to pay it says I have no wordpress sites.

  I can send screen-shots if necessary. Even when I try to access my account from the link on last year’s payment receipt it still takes me to my user and says I don’t have any WordPress sites or accounts to manage.

  Hey guys, rather than clog up the forum I am having similar issues ‘DNS configuration required’ there was an issue with domain mapping payment but it was sorted.

  I can’t recover it. I have access to my wordpress account. So resetting the password isn’s the issue. Once I’m logged in and ready to go, it says I don’t have any wordpress sites. So I can’t access lemaisonloup as an administrator, nor can I make any payments or adjust account settings as it I have no WordPress sites yet.

  The upgrades are indeed all under thelemaisonloup WordPress.com account, so you’ll need to recover that particular account in order to access and renew your upgrades.
