  I need to get my site up and running–where did it go

  I do not see any sites under your @rhondacooksey WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Thank you for your quick reply. I have been using and recently edited https://rhondalynncooksey.wordpress.com/. Suddenly it is gone.
  I need to get back to that site and would appreciate instructions.

  https://rhondalynncooksey.wordpress.com/ is under a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. You will need to log into the account that owns the site in order to access it. Do you remember the login credentials of the other account?

  Thank you. I found it under an email I no longer use. Is it possible to move the rhondalynncooksey account to the rhondacooksey account and email without having to reenter everything manually? Thanks again for your time. It is greatly appreciated. Best, Rhonda

  Yep! You can do so by following the instructions here:

  You’ll need to be logged into your rhondalynncooksey account in order to start this process.
