I cannot access my site

    Last week I tried to review ny sites security. I have the All in One Security WP Security. When I got to the Firewall section, I saw a requirement to update from 5G firewall to 6G firewall, so I checked the box. from then I lost access to the site. Please help me.

    I have checked your site and it looks like your site is hosted with a third-party Registrar (https://web4africa.com/). Please contact your site hosting provider as
    they will assist you better with this.

    Here in this forum we only provide support for sites that are hosted in WordPress.com only. If your site is hosted somewhere else please create a ticket here in https://wordpress.org/support/ and get help there.
