I cannot access my site

Hello
For six years I’ve had the site yogadoug.wordpress.com. Recently I transferred my domain name yogadoug.com to my wordpress site. Ever since then I cannot access the site to work on my blogs. I keep getting redirected to the site ‘addinglight’ which is a site I never use and would like to delete.
I have tried every configuration of passwords to no avail.
The site is live at http://www.yogadoug.com I just cannot access my admin for yogadoug.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Bookmark that link to your dashboard please.Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

If you are not successful you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact him/her by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

New problem is that when I cleared my cache. I still could not get in using all password combinations. When I give my email to recover password; mrdouglasking It takes me back to the addinglight site.
I went to the recovery site but I don't have any transaction keys or URL ids -
