I cannot access my site
-
I have a wordpress site with captcha. The captcha is not working. I moved to a managed wordpress site via godaddy but now I am unable to access the admin page of my site to change the captcha to make sure it’s effective on each form.

Hi there,
I’m sorry, but the WordPress site is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner. I didn’t see a WordPress.com site under your account.
The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
If you’re interested, you can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
I would recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:

Hi there,
Yes, this is not a WordPress.com hosted site. It is a self-hosted WordPress.org site that GoDaddy is hosting – that means that they should be able to help you with this issue.
We don’t have access to the backend of your site since it is hosted at GoDaddy. Is it a plugin that you’e using? I would look over at the wordpress.org support forums:https://wordpress.org/support/
Thanks.
