I cannot access my website to fix what I think is wrong- it keeps pulling forward a 504 code and I’ve tried everything yesterday and today. I believe a plug in back up buddy when I did an update over the weekend, i didn’t delete the update so its clogging my storage and has now prevented me from accessing my site. Is there a way to access my site on the back end. I’ve increased storage with my hosting plan to cover it but that has not worked.

    Hello,

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your website. I’d like to clarify that since your site is not hosted on WordPress.com’s managed hosting, our ability to directly investigate and resolve your specific issue is limited. Our managed hosting environment is structured differently, and we primarily offer support for sites that are directly hosted with us. You can learn more about our managed hosting services here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

However, if you’re open to it, we offer a smooth transition for users looking to migrate their sites to WordPress.com. By moving to our hosting, you can benefit from our comprehensive support and features tailored to ensure optimal website performance. If you decide to make the move, we have an easy-to-use migration plugin that can help with the transition:

That said, if you wish to stay with your current hosting provider and are looking for assistance with the open-source version of WordPress (the version your current host uses), the best place to seek help is the community support forums dedicated to that version. Many experienced users and developers actively contribute there and can guide you through troubleshooting steps for your specific issue: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

I hope you find the help you need, and if you ever decide to transition to WordPress.com hosting, we’re here to assist.
