I cannot access my website

  I cannot access the website, I am receiving the following message:
  There has been a critical error on your website.
  on a white page instead of my website.
  I have contacted the hosting, but I was told the issue is with WordPress.
  Please assist me with the issue.

  Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   The issue doesn’t concern the hosting. It is an internal issue with Word Press
