I cannot access my website

  I’m a website owner.
  I have a website manager that worked on the website recently and he told me he changed the password due to some technical challenges he faced while working on upgrading.

  He won’t share the new password with me.

  I tried to reset the password lately but won’t get the reset link on the registered email address.

  Could you please help to look into this issue asap?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
