  I cannot access my website martinfairley.pt because of something called mapping. Can you help me please? Martin Fairley

  You previously purchased domain mapping for martinfairley.pt:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  The error message is appearing because the name servers for the domain are pointing to WordPress.com but the mapping upgrade (which creates the connection) expired 7 months ago.

  If you want to continue using the domain with us, you will need to purchase a new mapping upgrade. But if you want to point it to another host, you’ll need to update the name servers through your domain provider.
