I cannot access my website to renew

HELP ME!! I cannot access the above URL. I get notices saying it’s there, but when I try to log in under my original user name, it tells me it’s not recognized.
It says ‘ You don’t have any WordPress sites yet’ when I hit the ‘domains dashboard’ link in the email reminder to renew.
AND my original user name is KathyLong2013, not the kathylong2013attnet that keeps popping up. I’m so confused.
